  1. When are you making assumptions?<\/span><\/a> Learn how to catch yourself so it\u2019s clear to you when you are motivated by what you know and when you are motivated by what you <\/span>think<\/span><\/i> you know.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ask questions.<\/span><\/a> \u201cWhat facts do I have to prove my thinking is true? What facts do I have to prove my thinking isn\u2019t true?\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Seek multiple perspectives.<\/a> No one owns the whole truth; we each have a little piece of it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
