The incentives in our media, social algorithms, and politics reward and amplify the conflict entrepreneurs working overtime to divide, diminish, and destroy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Our approach is to reach and teach people at scale with powerful <a href=\"https:\/\/buildersmovement.org\/media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">content<\/a>, equip them with new <a href=\"https:\/\/buildersmovement.org\/toolkit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">skills<\/a> and innovative <a href=\"https:\/\/rankings.buildersmovement.org\/\">tools<\/a>, and mobilize the growing Builders movement with grassroots <a href=\"https:\/\/buildersmovement.org\/citizensolutions\/\">civic programs<\/a> to hold political leaders accountable for being Builders.<\/p>\r\n<p>It&#8217;s time to <a href=\"https:\/\/buildersmovement.org\/action\/\">take action<\/a>.
