Let\u2019s be honest: the loudest voices in American politics don\u2019t always represent the smartest ones. Or the kindest. Or the most practical. While most of us are trying to solve real problems\u2014like how to afford childcare, keep our communities safe, or just talk to our in-laws without triggering a full-blown argument\u2014too many elected officials are busy reigniting culture wars and dunking on each other for retweets.<\/span><\/p>\n

But here\u2019s the thing: behind the noise, Americans actually agree on a lot more than we\u2019ve been led to believe.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>Builders<\/span><\/i>, we\u2019re in the business of uncovering that hidden <\/span>common ground<\/span><\/a>\u2014and helping people turn it into real, actionable solutions. From abortion policy to education, energy to mental health, our polling shows the same pattern over and over: there\u2019s more consensus than conflict. What\u2019s missing isn\u2019t agreement. It\u2019s follow-through.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s where you come in<\/b><\/h3>\n

If you\u2019ve ever felt like democracy is something happening <\/span>to<\/span><\/i> you instead of <\/span>with<\/span><\/i> you, you\u2019re not alone. But it doesn\u2019t have to be that way. The Builders Movement is creating a new path\u2014one led by citizens, grounded in shared values, and powered by practical ideas that work across divides.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re bringing together Americans from all walks of life\u2014rural and urban, red and blue, Gen Z to Boomer\u2014to build durable solutions on the issues that matter most. These aren\u2019t kumbaya conversations or empty listening sessions. They\u2019re real efforts to understand, design, and advance policies that reflect what the majority actually wants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because when the system stops listening, it\u2019s time to build something better<\/b><\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve already facilitated this work in places like Wisconsin<\/a>, where we brought together citizens with different perspectives on abortion to co-create proposals that support women, children, and families. And in Tennessee<\/a>, where citizens with different perspectives created eight proposals to address gun rights and safety. Now, we\u2019re scaling it up\u2014inviting more Americans to step in, shape solutions, and hold institutions accountable.<\/span><\/p>\n

We need more voices at the table. Not just to speak\u2014but to build.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you believe politics should be about solving problems, not scoring points\u2026<\/span>
\n<\/span> If you think most Americans are better than the extremes we see on the news\u2026<\/span>
\n<\/span> If you\u2019re tired of choosing between outrage or apathy\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
